Role: ideas, muscles
Anton is a guy who can't sit still or in the same spot for long. Being in sports for over 20 years, he has developed a healthy (hopefully healthy) addiction to exercise, which has formed the way he implements fitness in his life and training programs.

To him the perfect kind of vacation would be going for a 7-14 day independent hike to the Himalayas or a long cycling trip across the country. And if you knock on his door in the middle of the night and offer a night swim or walk through the jungles, he would race out the door so fast that he might even forget to wear his pants. Or you would probably meet him somewhere in a deep mountain forest carrying a heavy sand-bag on his shoulders. Ask him «why?», and his reply would be «because I can».

Oli has been an avid sports woman since she was six. To her, fitness is and has always been a form of deep relaxation. It has also helped her grow stronger and more confident both physically and mentally.

From swimming, ballet and competitive long-distance running since her elementary school days in the Philippines, to competitive volleyball and basketball throughout high school in Shanghai, she has moved on to train with Singapore's National beach volleyball team and represented The University of Melbourne in Women's competitive indoor volleyball. Building a variety of athletic capabilities has always been a passion of hers. Inspiring others to find the same love for fitness is a personal mission of hers.
He studies sport science just because he finds it really interesting and he believes that there's no bad time or place for a workout. His workouts are known to be both resourceful and creative. So don't be surprised if you see him building his own pull-up bar from bamboo, or doing some burpies in the airport just to shorten transit time between flights.

But, also a «sweet tooth», he believes that a happy life is impossible without indulging. That's why having a sneaky ice-cream is never a sin (if it's well-deserved). This approach to life and training is the main YOLOFIT philosophy: To live a fit and happy life

Over his career as a trainer, Anton has been training clients of all types of capabilities and fitness levels, from kids to older clients; from clients recovering from injuries or severe health issues (such as cancer) to advanced and competitive athletes; and even endurance race participants (including triathlon, iron man, tough mudder, Spartan race etc.). Today, he has over 200 happy customers from more than 20 countries around the world.
As a certified personal trainer, she strives to inspire her clients to fall in love with getting stronger and help them embark on their own fitness journeys. She believes that getting fit is in no way a race. It is a 'one step at a time' process. Always having fun along the way. Always trying to be a better you than you were yesterday.

She hopes to empower her clients with the confidence to build their own strength and nutrition plans. She also believes that building a fitness routine around hobbies and favorite foods is always key to a sustainable, balanced and healthy lifestyle!
