Run, Cycle & Swim in the Wilderness
With endless sunflower fields and crystal clear waters, get ready to travel on bike, foot and in water for an au naturale triathlon training.
Rock Climbing with Sea Views
Experience an exhilarating climb by the sea.

1. Undiscovered Temples
When you're in Chiang Mai, you will find yourself surrounded by rolling hills and mountains hiding mysterious temples in almost every corner. Guess what, there are about 300 temples scattered across the map, and like greedy scavenger hunters we take you to find them.

Completely unpretentious, simple and peaceful, these temples are the perfect cool-down spot, where you can stretch and meditate to your heart's content.
2. Mystical Waterfalls

Trek through dense jungle trails and there's a pretty good chance you'll chance upon mystic waterfalls... and crystal clear lakes within undulating valleys you just can't help jumping into.
3. Panoramic Viewpoints
You'll find a sort of serenity on these luscious forest-trials. A soothing atmosphere that only Chiang Mai's greenery can provide. Just when you find yourself out of breath, emerge to the top of the mountain into an incredible viewpoint – as if it had been waiting to be discovered by you this whole time.

At this point, we let you sit and watch the clouds sail by, casting shadows across lush mountains in the distance.
4. And there's more!
Beyond these incredible jungle escapes, Chiang Mai offers "waterfall climbing", white-water rafting, kayaking, beautiful bike rides along scenic country roads, professional muay thai schools and, dare we say, cliff jumping into quarries!

1. Fresh Tropical Salads
Perfect for vegans and omnivores alike, Thai green mango and papaya salads are the perfect balance of salty, sweet, spicy and crunchy. Nutritious, low-cal and packed with fiber and vitamins! Have this salad with grilled chicken or seafood and get the perfect balance of protein, fats and carbs.
2. Green Coconut Curry
Green coconut curry paste is made with Thai herbs including lemongrass, coriander, chilli, lime and fish sauce. Coconut milk is used to thicken the paste into a fragrant broth, and grilled chicken, aubergine, tomatoes and pineapples are added to create a scrumptious and satisfying meal!
3. Tom Yum Soup
Tom Yum soup is yet another uniquely flavourful dish with kaffir lime leaves, galangal, coriander used to make a spicy stock. Packed with a seafood medley of prawns, fish and squid, this is a must-try!
4. Grilled Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
If you're looking to hit those protein numbers, there are plenty of chicken and egg dishes such as a grilled chicken satay, marinated in Thai herbs and grilled fresh over charcoal.
5. Fresh Coconut
Start or end your meal with a refreshing whole coconut. It's the perfect post-excercise drink! They are ideal for restoring hydration and replenishing electrolytes – as they include potassium, magnesium, sodium and calcium. Get an instant anti-oxidant and mineral boost among other things.
